Do you ship internationally?

We sure do!
Little J'adore ships to some countries currently serviced by USPS. For International (outside of the US) orders, we offer a flat rate shipping.
Packages arrive within 6-15 business days, Rates start at $24.50 depending on location and weight of package.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
It's the customers responsiblity to pay any customs fees and taxes that may apply to the order.

Where Does Little J'adore ship from? When can I expect to receive My Order?

All of our items are shipped fromCalifornia. -If your item(s) are in stock, they typically ship out within 1-3 business days of your placed order. We do our best to get your packages to you as soon as we can since we understand it's important for a lot of our customers to get they orders prompt. If for any reason, we cannot ship your order within our normal policy, we will contact you immediately to give you an update on your order. All orders are shipped with USPS so shipping delivery times will vary depending on where you are located but you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of the ship date if you are in the Unites States. An email will be sent to you after the package ready to be ship, and you will receive Tracking number. -An out of stock (pre-order) item is ordered – your order will ship once the item is back in stock (each out of stock item has an estimated shipping date listed on the product page and the dates are color and model specific. These dates are estimated and could change). -Your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday for an in-stock item – your order will ship on Monday. -Your order is placed on a major holiday – your order will ship on the first business day after the major holiday. - International shipping times will vary and will be handled on a case by case basis but we will always do what we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Little J'adore is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by carrier, unless guaranteed shipping rates are purchased. However we have not encountered any issues so far and we will do whatever we can to ensure our customers are satisfied.

How do I pay my order? is it secure?

Checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What does "Preorder" mean?

Because we house all of our inventory, we only carry a limited quantity of each size per item. If your size is showing "Preorder" that means that the item sold out and we are in the process of restocking your size as quickly as possible. You can still purchase as normal. The wait will be anywhere from 1-3 weeks until we are able to ship out (these dates are estimated and could change). If you purchase a backordered item we will sent out the next business day once we receive our restock! You will be notified via email when your item is back in our shop and ready to be shipped to you.
